[NSRCA-dist1] Would like to get to one contest this summer.

Flew one day in Sportsman last year after Haverstraw.  I'd like to get to one contest this year.  Unfortunately I had a commitment the weekend of Haverstraw this year so it looks like I'll have to pick one of the weekend contests.
I'm looking at the calendar trying to find one that's at least moderately convenient, they are all 4-5 hours drive.  I thought Pocono would be fun as I used to spend a lot of time in the Delaware River area; I grew up in NJ and used to go camping and fishing out there all the time and it would be run to revisit the area.  But I have a commitment that weekend also.  So maybe Onieda or Leheigh Valley would be one of the ones I could make it to.  

Anyone have any recommendation on which would be the best for a beginner flying Sportsman?  I'd probably have to take Friday off work for the drive so any event that had a practice day Friday where I could get some feedback (and maybe some trim advise on my planes) would be a huge plus.
