[NSRCA-discussion] Nats?

I can say this and this is not official..... AMA has decided to allow any
group to have their NATS. As NSRCA has elected to not participate in the
NATS, the NSRCA, as a SIG, is not involved with the NATS. To be clear,
there is a BoD meeting tonight. I'm sure all of this will be discussed.
I've been told that Tim Jesky has stepped up and said he will take care of
it with Monte. That's what I was told this morning but I'd give it a night
and let's see if the BoD has an official stance after the meeting. Again,
this is not official and only what I've been told.
