The setup for that plane per the designer is
Motor -1
T canalizer-1
Wing+1
Estab 0
C.G.   185 190 mm from the front of wing

That comes directly from Mariano he uses that setup with a pletty 3010
advance. I used the same set up with the CG at 190 and mine didnot have any
issues.
