[NSRCA-discussion] Judging sertification

If you are planning on flying in the Nats, make sure your judging certification is current or take the tests on the NSRCA web site.

Don't wait till the last minute, it takes time for Jon to add the names of those who pass the test to the list. Try to get it done early so you won't have to take the tests at the Nats before receiving your packets.
