[NSRCA-discussion] Pattern products question

If I had a local stuff I want to touch and feel to inspect in person. Hinges, linkages, horns that I want to verify will work for me.

The other thing I would run to a local for is breakables such as props, landing gear and axles. Wish I had a local that would carry this stuff so I didn't have to inventory it myself.

I think the stuff I most want to be able to buy from my LHS (but can’t) are small things. Quality control horns, clevis and ball links, Canopy latch pins and Tail wheel assemblies. Spinners. And electrical stuff… connectors (Deans, XT??, Balance connectors, etc), Heat shrink in reasonable sizes, Rolls of 1” double sided velcro, etc.

As for big items… only thing you didn’t list was ESC’s. But I’m not sure I would likely buy that from the LHS. But maybe, if it was reasonable and in stock.

My local hobby shop asked me what other pattern related products they can start to carry. They have a Himax 210, a Pletty 30-09 Evo 2, Pletty Xtra 25-12 Evo, Falcon and PT props and a few other things. What ‘pattern’ stuff seems to be popular that you’d run to you local hobby shop for? Any and all suggestions welcome.

My suggestion will include servos as a start.

Thanks
