One of our guys bought the 3500W Predator, and it's a dream too.  Super quiet and cheap at $769; also a good deal!  I wish I needed one.

My local RC Club purchased one of these in the spring of 2017, for power at
the field. Ran It a LOT last year and this year, I use it every time I go
out. It has been totally reliable, I still find it hard to believe that you
can get such a high-quality generator at that price.

A little heaver and slightly louder than the Honda, But at half the price,
it's a very good deal.

I purchased the Harbor freight Predator 2000 Watt generator last year when
my previous 800 watt no-name generator failed early in the season.  The
Predator works well and is pretty quiet. I just received a Harbor Freight
coupon flyer and see the the price is now $450 with a coupon.  Hard to beat.
