[NSRCA-discussion] September K-Factor

Good Morning,

The September K-Factor is now published on the NSRCA website.  Sorry for
the delay.  The printers and mailing services are still working on getting
the hard copy edition out.  College Station is located fairly close to
Houston so all of the mail from here routes through Houston.  Because of
this, mail has all but stopped in and out of Houston and here.  Harvey has
taken its toll but, hopefully, everything will be back to normal soon.
