It will be a hose to fill up the water tank.

The water for the RV is it a water hook up or water just to fill the potable
water tank.

Subject: Nats Questions

Hi Mike,

Dave Schaeffer and I are talking about going to the Nats together in his RV
We are planning to arrive Friday morning 7/21 and leave Sunday 7/30 if the
Nats go thru Saturday 7/29.

We have some questions to understand whether it's feasible for us, or not

1- What is the frequency and time of day that the trucks will come to supply
water and also take away sewage? With 2 guys in one RV, we figure we can
last about 2-3 days before we'd need water, and would need a sewage pump
soon after that. Dave's concern is that if the water and sewage trucks
come when he is out at the flight line, then we would miss the services.
Incidentally, what will those services cost? Have you made a reservation
for the RV? They all may be gone. All RVs will have electricity and water
available. The dump truck will come around I don't know when Will cost $25
for dump truck I think.

2- Looking at the overhead view of the Nats site, where will the RV's be
parked during the event? We are wondering how far the flight lines will be
from the RV's and whether or not we'll need separate transportation to/from
the flight line. We may need to drive a second vehicle or rent a mini-van
while there. The RV will be in front of the control tower 30-50 feet away
on the main street. I don't know how you will get to the flight lines.
They a WAY out there.

3- Is the Thursday night banquet going to be some place off site? (Also
thinking about transportation) it is Friday night. Yes it is going to be in
the banquet room at the Holiday Inn.

4- Once we setup "living" in the RV, there won't be room for planes on the
beds at night (each of us will bring 2 planes). Any chance we might be able
to store airplanes inside a building at the Nats site? Not a problem I
think we will have plenty of places to put planes and such. I will know
more next time I go up there. Will probably go in June.

I've got hotel reservations already, but we are exploring the possibility of
going together.

Thank you sir,
Jeff
