Lol..there were some discussions at the contest today..and somewhere in
there I commented when Tony and I agree 100% on something, it is notable.
Not that we haven't amicably disagreed or met halfway in the past.

 

I think the crew working on the NATs this year have put forth a commendable
effort, and whether spot on or flawed, that effort needs to be appreciated.
My opinion, is that while small groups can be more efficient and effective
at getting things done, it would seem the current NATs cycle would have
benefited from more notice/participation from the NSRCA / pattern community
as a whole.

What happens this year will to some extent establish precedence, and for
that reason, I think it would be prudent to collect survey results from a
broader pool than the guys registered this year or last year.

Just to satisfy my curiosity. 

 

If you are not going to the NATS to Masters why do you think you should be
surveyed as to what Masters will do at the NATS this year? 

 

There are only 10 people, the Masters finalists, who this will affect if the
current plan is implemented.  If the old format is flown there will probably
be only 8 finalists.  This is a no brainer for me.  Put 25% more pilots in
the finals.
