Sure thing Tony. They were actually ready the night of the meeting, but I asked The secretary (Charlie) to adjust the format to more easily identify action items. I believe those adjustments are complete now, but I'll check with Charlie to ensure he had time to make the changes.

approved (via email vote tally), and posted on the NSRCA web site within five days after the
meeting.

Discussion: It is requested by the board members that information concerning the meeting be
distributed to the officers for review in a timely manner prior to the meeting.

Motion passes unanimously

We are on day 6 now.
