From my fuzzy memory:  I got a pack of Eneloop cells for my 12x a few years ago.  I sent the case into a company called Sin City Jets to be filled with eneloop cells.  When I started this email I believed he also had packs with cases available. Just now reading his RCU thread, he doesn't say this, but it might be worth asking.
