Hello all,

Yes, just a reminder. The day is May 7. Rain day is May 14. I will be
plan to be at the field at 10 AM. The practice with electronic scoring
system will start at 1:00 PM. From 10 AM to 1:00 PM we will just practice
flying. Order of flying a line of planes at the field. Order of flying for
the practice/judging section after 1:00 PM will be from lower to higher
classes. The pilot will have the option to allow discussing the reasons
for downgrades after each fly.

As I suggested before, it highly recommended that we all study and take the
judging certification tests before this activity. Please read first the
file README-1st.pdf and follow the instructions. Here is the link:

http://www.nsrca.us/index.php/certification/judge-certification

You will see that you can take certifications for the AMA, F3A and F3P. I
suggest to take the AMA and F3A. We don't need F3P. However, you are free
to do all. For sportsman pilots, I will agree that AMA will be sufficient
but I highly recommend to take both AMA and F3A. If you are NSRCA member
there is not cost for the tests. If you are not member is $5 for all.

I recommend that future contest CD's attend this activity to see the
electronic scribe-scoring system.

If you have questions please e-mail me or call me at 913-449-5670.

Looking forward to see you,

Vicente "Vince" Bortone
