[NSRCA-discussion] Li-Po Battery disposal - Best way

Consider an alternative for Lipo disposal. I have donated mine to the local
fire departments for them to use in training and to see how to deal with
Lipo fire. They can puncture them in controlled environment and practice
extinguishing them. They are dealing with hover boards catching fire and
drug dealers are using Lipo for a heat source in taking drugs (nothing can
go wrong with that, right) drone 'strikes' (errant quad copters with over
extended battery capability) and the periodic garage and car fire.
