[NSRCA-discussion] 2016/17 Advanced and Masters

The Sequence Development Guidelines specify at least 2 (no more than 3) cross box maneuvers for Masters. Traditionally at least one of these (sometimes 2) are forced cross box and we leave one optional. I think you will see this in most all recent Masters sequences?
