Went to the website and it said I was not logged in.  Logged in and I got Hi Len Laporte (rcflier) instead of schale.  Also getting invalid token when I try to logout and login with my name, but still end up logged in as Len Laporte?

Per the By Laws, these districts do not require a vote in this case.
