I've never seen that before either Don, but I wonder if it might be
referencing "track"? If you're into a headwind
on the up leg, the down elevator track correction input would need to occur
upon rotation completion (maybe a
whisker before ) in order to preserve vertical "track".
Don't really know for sure, just thinking out loud. I'm sure that others
smarter than I will chime in.
