Yep!  *I* once flew a micro BlackMagic in an approaching tornado in
Lexington, KY.  The winds were reported to be in the neighborhood of 78-85
knots (not MPH).  The specially-built mciro BM was exceptionally light.  It
did get blown around a bit, but I was able to bore through the winds and
complete the pattern.
