I tried to buy a raffle ticket, but my CC was declined.  I suspect the issue was that the address I entered when I registered on the site is not my CC billing address.  I attempted to edit my profile address, but the site does not offer the address fields for editing.

Fund raising for Team USA  (F3A) has begun in earnest for the August World Championships in Switzerland!!    This cycles team raffle is going to be a HUGE part of our effort and we are soliciting some great prizes.  The tickets this time will be 100% Electronic.  They are $10 each and upon purchase you will be emailed your unique ticket numbers.  The drawing will be held following the WC’s in September of this year.
