Sounds similar to what people went through with the ACA site. More so every day, the least qualified people on the planet are being empowered to control our destinies.

First, I had to enter a twenty-five (25) digit PIN code! Then I had to enter the last 4 digits of my SSN. After I filled in all the rest of the information (which they and the chinese already have!), I got a THL-2, or something, error code, and a phone number to call, along with a message saying, "We cannot process your application at this time.".

I told her what the error code was, and her first question was, "What browser are you using? Is it IE?" I said, "No, it is Firefox, should I switch to IE?" The answer was, "No, IE has problems and errors with our site." They can't build a site that works with IE??????? She suggested I use Chrome. When I said I don't have Chrome on my PC, she connected me to a "registration specialist" named "Jodi" to help me register.
