[NSRCA-discussion] FAA Registration begins December 21

The AMA already has a lawsuit pending against the FAA for violating the
2012 FAA Modernization act's special rule for model aviation. The judge
suspended the suit pending enforcement action from the FAA (and the FAA had
been careful not to do any enforcement actions as a result). This further
over-reach by the FAA will likely trigger that judge's resumption of the
case.
