[NSRCA-discussion] FAA Registration begins December 21

I think I got to 398ft 11 1/2 inches flying on Saturday. I like to leave a safety margin. 

I will have to read the FAQ carefully, but I think I just thought up a way to comply that would not even hurt a fully scale model.

Personally, I've never been over the 399 ft mark. I don't know anyone who has.
