[NSRCA-discussion] YS 140 Sport stuck exhaust header

The Phillips screw locks the cover plug from turning. Once you have the
plug off you use the same 10mm Allen wrench to remove the hollow flange
bolt inside the header. There will; or should be two copper washers in
there as well. One between the header and head and one between the hollow
bolt and header.
