Who submitted the list of judges?  Was it an NSRCA list, which was approved and submitted by AMA, or some other process?

The list of judges is submitted to CIAM every year by November 15.  The list is valid for 2 years from the time it is submitted.  My name was on the list in 2013 and 2014 and the organizers of the event used that list for the selection of judges at the F3P WC.  The organizer selected all the judges from the approved list of judges and this list is then approved by CIAM at their meeting in November last year.

I am not sure and probalby you can explain.  Looks like the rankings and the actual USA judge we selected are not in tune.  As I recall,  you were ranked first at the F3P team selection.  I could be wrong as usual.  Probably this is the reason why Ron is asking the question.
