[NSRCA-discussion] D5 District champion points

Hello D5, I wanted to give you a heads up.  As you may know, you are allowed
one contest from out of the D5 to be considered for the district
championship.  If you are in the hunt for district champion and you are a
current NSRCA member, please submit one contest form out of the district to
be considered toward your points for district champion.  my contact is
