Jim,

Yes its been good discussion and I really want to hear the thoughts of others. I will be adding a page to the D8 web site today with the material I have collected and links to other items of interest. We are holding a primer at the Tr-Cities field on May. I would like to also post your 5 part pattern intro if its ok with you?

Please let me know things that have worked well in your districts and any recommendations you can provide. Also, if you have any material you are willing to share it would be appreciated, fliers, written tutorials, etc.
