There's not a functional difference per se.  The difference is what type of
balance boards for your charger that you have.  The most common are the JST
which some chargers accept without the need for an "adapter" aka balance
board like the Cellpro 10S/XP use.  GP is used by Thunder Power for example
and PQ (Polyquest) is used by Hyperion, Power Unlimited, and a few others.
 Hobbyking batteries mostly use the JST.  You must be very careful as each
connection type typically has a different wiring method to the leads as
well, meaning the positive and the ground wires for each cell are in a
different location.  They are not all the same.  Almost all chargers offer
an "adapter" to fit the type of connection(s) that your battery has.
