Mike,
What's the radio? Has it had a s/w update recently?
Would recommend that your throttle cut position is at least as low as 
the lowest setting you can acheive with idle switching and the trim 
lever.  Keep in mind that doing this may require you to toggle throttle 
cut in the event of a low voltage cutoff in order to restore throttle 
authority but you will never fail to arm when you turn on with the 
throttle cut active.
