I've found the best way to take care of issues with HK is to do an online chat. Takes awhile, but gets results. I've not had much luck with emails

Unfortunately when I ordered I used PayPal and Hobby King was paid. Hobby King acknowledged the cancellation of the order but has not refunded my $183. I have filed a complaint with PayPal and have emailed Hobby King at least 4 times but they ignore me. I am pretty sure I will eventually get my money back but buyer beware. Your mileage may differ.
