[NSRCA-discussion] Master's sequence question

On maneuver #11 (humpty 3/4 up 1/4 down inverted exit) do the entry and
exit altitudes have to be the same?
I read the maneuver description and this is not mentioned as it is in
the other humpty descriptions which indicate they need not be the same.
I assume that they need not be the same since this maneuver provides an
opportunity for in/out track adjustment and probably also for
altitude... but there I go assuming things.
