[NSRCA-discussion] NSRCA Vice President changes

Don called me before accepting the offer to be NSRCA's VP and asked for my input.  I told him he should accept the position and he should consider the job to be the conscience of the president, keeping him from doing something wrong and to do the things the president asked him to do.  Don did a great job on both.
