    Clicking on most of the menu headers leads to Welcome to District 8
    including just typing in nsrca.us, Join goes nowhere, No contest
    results that were previously available seem to be there.  No Links,
    No Store

    Was this ready for prime time?

          Upgrade
              of Website
          The
              website has been upgraded to a new release of software and
              we've also modified the look and feel of the website. 
              We've tried to make it more intuitive and easier to find
              "stuff" and hopefully it is faster too.  If you run across
              a link that doesn't do what you think it should do or if
              you think we are missing something then please send us an
              email using the "About" menu and then selecting "Contact
              Us" - send a message to the webmaster.
           
          We also
              apologize for the renewal emails you may have received
              from us.  In order to upgrade the software we needed to
              renew everyone with the latest version.
