[NSRCA-discussion] Team Fund raising Clinics!!!

I was merely explaining the process that has been used in the past due to
Paypal's raffle preventions. It's up to Mark & the NSRCA what they are
willing to do, I'm not aware of any other way to do an online raffle and I
work in the business (I work for Intuit) -- I believe our Intuit Payment
Network service has the same restrictions as paypal. I could use my
GoPayment account (if needed) to collect funds via credit card, but I would
have no secure way to receive the credit card #'s online. I would then
make a lump payment of the amount in my GoPayment account to the team.
