I think you have to reverse the pot wires too. Also pots needed cleaning once a month flying on weekends only.

Now I feel old… Ron help me. I count on you for my comparitive youth. I started with heath kit variants of the Kraft K-15 servo (and yes, I built them all). The were slow, but hard to use. Had to re-solder the motor wires to reverse direction back then.

When I saw this e-mail, I chuckled. Can anyone besides me remember when we used the Kraft KPS-18 servo? As I remember it had 18 in-oz of torque! It made up for its lack of torque by being slow too.
