Thanks, Dan
Dan didn't mention that he is the proud owner of the Watermelon Cup for
the next year. Even with handicapping to help the lower classes, there
was no stopping Dan who posted an average maneuver score of 8.8 in an
unknown. He needed every bit of that score to keep from being overtaken
by Alan Schiaffino who had a handicap score of 8.7.
Scott came up with a very challenging unknown for us. Kfactor of 52 for
17 maneuvers(no landing or TO). we had two Masters, three Advanced and
two intermediates give this a try. No crashes. results will be on Don
Ramsey's site and the NSRCA site for both the unknown and the regular
contest. It was great to see all eyes at the field watching each flight
of the unknown.
