I find it ironic that the vote on the bylaw change to allow digital voting for officers was only an online vote.  I still haven't had an answer to how many people actually voted for the bylaw change and note that the alleged vote is not in the board minutes.  Was the vote for the bylaw change ever put online?

I also find it funny that asking for board nominations was in the October K-factor that I still haven't gotten, but the nominations are in the July board minutes!   The board needs to improve transparency to the members.  And who was appointed by the president to form the nominating committee?  This is REQUIRED by the bylaws, not optional, and it has to be someone not on the board.
