[NSRCA-discussion] voting problem

Hi Jay,
   Everything looks fine for your User ID in the back end.  I'm not sure
but have you made sure that all Java Updates and Flash updates are good on
your PC?  Have you tried a different browser like Chrome or Firefox?  I'm
not suggesting you should install anything....just trying to figure out
what's going on.  You may also try cleaning out your cache on your browser.
 If you're using Internet Explorer, click on the settings cog in the upper
right corner then Internet Options.  The in the bottom/middle, you'll see
"Browsing History".  From there, click Delete and then select the top 3 but
uncheck the "Preserve Favorites website data" IF NSRCA is one of your
"favorites".  If you save passwords and such so that you don't have to
re-enter them every time, you may have to re-enter the data after this one
time.  Once deleted, close the browser completely and try again.  This
should solve any browser issues you are having with the site.
