[NSRCA-discussion] Looking for a pattern plane

Sorry I haven't been looking for a new plane and missed this most interesting discussion.  The way to find out if it has dual regulators is to put your meter/load on one output and short the other.  If there is no change in the voltage on the meter it has separate regulators.
