[NSRCA-discussion] Certified Judge List

As I recall, the last time we did an FAI-only recert for the Nats, we were
able to take the test on-line via the NSRCA web site. I believe Don Ramsey
set it up when he was the Chair of the Judging Committee.

FAI judges need to be recertified for the Nats. I looked at the NSRCA web
site and the certified judge list is dated 2011. I looked up my personal
certification on the NSRCA web site and it hasn't been updated since 2006
for AMA and 2007 for FAI.

judge list? The one on the NSRCA web site is the 2011 list.
