[NSRCA-discussion] Certified Judge List

FAI judges need to be recertified for the Nats.  I looked at the NSRCA web site and the certified judge list is dated 2011.  I looked up my personal certification on the NSRCA web site and it hasn't been updated since 2006 for AMA and 2007 for FAI.
