No it isn't Ron. It's the same sequence I commented on previously on RCU.
#15 is a vertical downline 1/2 roll, 3/4 outside loop.
#16 is 1/2 roll, opposite 1/2 roll, same dir 1/4 roll, exit inverted.
#17 is an inside loop, 1/2 outside loop starting from inverted.
To make #17 look presentable at all, it's going to have to be quite large. This then places #16 very high in the box, creating a visual issue for both pilot and judge. The size of #17 also compresses the space allowed for #16 if you intend to keep #17 in the box.
Unless of course I'm looking at an old sequence here: http://nsrca.us/index.php/masterssequence

They have not been altered since the first part of June and will stand as such. Many thanks go to Dale Olstinske, Larry Kauffman, Verne Koester, Derek Koopowitz, Dave Lockhart, Jon Lowe and John Gayer for providing two great sequences for the next cycle. We would also like to thank all those who took the time to provide input and give feedback as the sequences progressed to their current and final versions. Thanks also to Joe Lachowski for beginning this journey. We hope you all enjoy their endeavors.
