Yeah.  And I suspect that Keith knows him really well.  

BTW, I have used the "low end two cells " with the Hobby King dual switch/regulator (made my own balance connector lead).  Yes, I know that both batteries get used, because both regulators put out 5.9 volts and I have to charge the 2S-850mah "backup" pack regularly, but it still gives me redundancy in the air.
