For something that is undersized with no appropriate spacer on hand, I've used a length of thin tape to build up to the correct diameter. This works surprisingly well....Try it!
I often use teflon plumber's tape since it is easily conformable, stays put, and is very thin. It is also easy to remove. Remember that once things are tight, the spacer plays no role..........

You could use the Tru-Turn bushings.....just put one on a bolt, chuck it in a drill and dress it with a file to size.

I've found lots of bushings to adjust an APC prop hub to a smaller shaft, but I haven't found anything that seems like it would work with the Q60's 5mm bolt shaft... looking for ideas...
