It’s more sanitary than wrapping the shaft with tape.

Hmm.  So you just overlap a bunch of shrink wrap until you get up to the OD
you need?  There's a fair amount of space between the 5mm shaft and the prop
bore when I test fit it.

I've found lots of bushings to adjust an APC prop hub to a smaller shaft,
but I haven't found anything that seems like it would work with the Q60's
5mm bolt shaft...  looking for ideas...
