Tower sells a nice metric reamer that's perfect for 8 & 10mm prop holes. Much better than the Fox. http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin/wti0001p?&I=LXEGH6&P=ML

(Twist drills aren't really the way to go - drill press or not.)

  PS - So I guess I should have said "Do I start with a drill bit slightly larger than the EXISTING hole...."  Good grief man.  Don't make any grammatical errors around Mr. Hoard.  :)  Thanks guys, I'll start with the reamer and get to 10mm.  I just wasn't sure if the carbon props required a certain delicacy that isn't required when doing APCs.

            Do you start at a size slightly larger than the diameter of the whole and then work my way up to 10mm for the Neu motor?. . .
