[NSRCA-discussion] Drilling a hole

So...I got 2 new Falcon carbon fiber props for Christmas and need some
ideas on the best way to drill out the hole for the prop adapter.  I've
done the APC's but is there a different technique for the carbon fiber
props?  I was thinking about running down to Harbor Freight to buy a drill
press ($130 for a 12-speed).  Do you start at a size slightly larger than
the diameter of the whole and then work my way up to 10mm for the Neu motor?
