[NSRCA-discussion] NSRCA candidate rules proposal survey is available

Vince,
  The first survey had nothing to do with the rules.  It was created to
find out how we, as the S.I.G. to the AMA for precision aerobatics could do
a better job for our membership.  To my knowledge, those results are still
being compiled by Dr. McGraw.
