30C is more than enough, you can get away with 25 or even 20C continuous
rating, with the burst rating typically 1.5 - 2x the continuous rating.
 The fact is, in a typical sequence you are very rarely at full throttle so
your discharge is very rarely above 20C.  I fly sportsman with a Hacker
Q60-F3A (210Kv) and a 21x14 prop and my average discharge is about 9-11C
depending on the wind with max discharge around 22C.
