[NSRCA-discussion] Clarifications on certain maneuvers in the P and F sequences

I should add that the Powerpoint presentations for both P-13 and F-13 are
posted on the NSRCA website at  http://nsrca.us/index.php/judgingsection.
 There is also a good maneuver execution guide that is an excellent pilot
and judges aid to flying/judging F3A sequences.
