[NSRCA-discussion] Vinyl Cutter

My wife is looking into getting a vinyl cutter for her hobby needs... 
obviously if she is going to get one I want her to get one that would 
also be appropriate for cutting graphics for my purposes including paint 
masks and monocote if possible... Does anyone have any experience with 
and fairly inexpensive vinyl cutters that are appropriate for a wide 
range of tasks?
