You mean F-13 #7
Yes you are rolling to the outside for the first 90 degree turn then to the inside for the next 360 degrees and then to the outside again for 270 degrees. So the roll stays to the same direction and constant rate. No pauses.

This has been helpful- one more question for experts. F11 #7 roll is same direction, correct? (e.g., entering from right first quarter is outside (roll left) next opposite circle is same (roll left), next opposite 3/4 circle roll same (left)).
Best regards,
Don

Number 4 clearly shows opposite directions on the 1/2 rolls on the aresti although the aresti did list "proposal' across it.
Now if this were the aresti used in IMAC then their rules would require a pause in between the opposite rolling segments :)
Lets see, AMA, FAI, IMAC, same figures different interpretations on how they should be flown. Now that's messed up :).

Thanks. #4. Don't tell him but Joseph from this relevation of flying the maneuver correctly now unofficially officially got 2nd in his first contest (although we won't do a scoresheet recount- leave that to the elections). All other then he and I were flying two points on the upline.

A subtlety in the new judges guide regarding rolls that's applicable to P13 maneuvers 3 / 4 / 13:
" Lines between consecutive part-rolls must be short and of equal length(s). Between consecutive continuous rolls or part-rolls in opposite direction there must be no line."

A question for the experts (if you know prior to January).
Same roll direction or different direction for two half rolls?
Regards,
Don
